10 Amazing Video Game Missions That Got Cut
6. Post-Game Content - Fallout: New Vegas
Due to its rushed production, Fallout: New Vegas has so much cut content that you'd probably struggle to fit all of it in a book the size of a bible. The list is incredibly long; however, the part of it that each New Vegas player probably laments the most is the cut post-game content that never got to see the light of day.
That's right: Fallout: New Vegas was supposed to allow you to play even after you completed the main storyline.
The player would've been able to walk around the Mojave and see how much the desert has changed after the battle of Hoover Dam. In addition, the post-game content included some side missions in Freeside, tying up loose ends and giving you something to do after all the major events had already taken place.
The fact that this was replaced with a short slideshow and a credits roll is definitely the weakest part of New Vegas, but this said, the game's dedicated fanbase has actually made attempts at trying to bring the post-game content back by creating a mod that restores the unused assets and voice lines.
It just goes to show how much the players needed the post-game stuff to happen.
