1. Insane World Of Warcraft Player Reaches Level Cap Using Only Melee Attacks
The whole appeal of MMORPG games is that they're more social than your run-of-the-mill role-playing game, and one famous player, Gutrot of the Aerie Peak server, took this to the extreme by aiming to reach Level 70 (the level cap at the time) by completing quests and fighting naked, with no weapons or armour equipped to help him out. All he was able to do was perform melee attacks, and amazingly, he eventually did hit 70, causing him to become a minor WoW celebrity for a time. As a figurehead of the power of perseverance in the face of adversity, Gutrot inspired other players to take up similar causes, notably Noor, one of WoW's most famous characters because he managed to reach 70 without killing a single enemy, earning him the title The Pacifist.
