10 Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 Games Microsoft Are Ignoring

The Call of Duty Modern Warfare titles are easily the most beloved in the whole franchise and managed to reinvent first person shooters as we known them. Why then, aren't any of them backwards compatible?

Whilst the original Modern Warfare has recently received a remaster, Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 are still fair game for becoming backwards compatible. Both titles are some of the highest received Call of Duty entries, currently ranking extremely high on the requested backwards compatible titles.

One explanation for why these titles haven't become backwards compatible yet is because they'll likely be remastered in a similar vein to the first Modern Warfare. Although the release was criticised, Modern Warfare Remastered made a lot of money and was positively received, so it's impossible that Activision aren't at least considering remastering the other titles.

Even if this is the case, several other games that have received remasters have also been made backwards compatible, which means Microsoft really need to stop ignoring these classics.
