10 Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 Games Microsoft Are Ignoring

4. Fable: Anniversary

Fable seems to be a bit of a sore spot for Microsoft at the moment considering the recent cancellation of Fable Legends.

Considering how late into the Xbox 360's life cycle Fable Anniversary was released, it doesn't make much sense that it hasn't been put up for backwards compatibility yet. The game is literally perfect for backwards compatibility because it's a single-player only remaster of a much older game.

Currently, Fable Anniversary stands out as the only title in the Fable series that isn't currently backwards compatible. Both Fable 2 and Fable 3 have been backwards compatible for about as long as backwards compatibility has been a thing, which makes it even stranger that the original Fable still isn't available.

Fable fans haven't exactly got a lot to love on Xbox One right now, so Microsoft really need to listen to fan demand and introduce the original to the lineup.
