10 Best Super Nintendo Soundtracks

7. Secret Of Mana An outstanding game, Secret Of Mana features some beautiful music. Mixing in various styles, including electronic, breakbeat, and even some folk music, the soundtrack tends to lean towards very ethereal, ambient pieces. The music is very atmospheric, sometimes ominous, sometimes more lighthearted. Composed entirely by Hiroki Kikuta, the music is led by an interesting mix of instruments, combining heavenly synthesizers with echoing bells and pianos. Echos and reverberation are used nicely to carry a wide open, spacey feel. Spending nearly 24 hours a day working in his office, Kikuta has said his songs were greatly influenced by natural landscapes, and by music from Bali. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUoNe3DUIT4
