5. Reiko Hinamoto (Rumble Roses) - NXT

The perception of what makes a gamer has changed drastically in the past decade. Nerd culture is widely accepted, even championed, with all genders and orientations being catered for. The early 2000s however were another story and much like the aforementioned Dead or Alive franchise, Rumble Roses (2004) had once clear objective - appeal to the young-adult, heterosexual male. There are multiple characters from this franchise that are permanently burned into the retinas of that generation's impressionable boys, but lead character Reiko Hinamoto would be the most likely candidate to secure a real life contract.

Reiko has cross brand appeal, exemplified by her Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - Subsistence cameo and whilst her Rumble Roses history would make a career in a successful all female franchises likely (possibly Shimmer?) you would expect the WWE would eventually come calling. Any of WWE's current shows could do with Reiko to enhance the respective Women's divisions but the most likely destination would be NXT. A feud with Asuka would guarantee bums on seats and with the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and Hideo Itami still on the developmental brand currently, Eastern hemisphere interest (which is already high) would continue to soar.

A strong move-set full of athletic (Angel Dive) and brutal manouevers (Sunrise Suplex), well established face and heel personas and a killer look would all but guarantee Reiko's long term success state side. She'd make a fortune appearing at Comic-Con too.
