10 BRAND NEW Video Game Trailers You Need To See

6. It Takes Two

Hazelight has been wasting no time in winning fans over, thanks to the studio's lead game director, Josef Fares.

Josef directed his first game in 2013, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, which earned praise for its storytelling and gameplay. While promoting his latest game, A Way Out, at the 2017 Game Awards Josef gave a passionate speech about his game as well as the Oscars and the microtransaction controversy of Battlefront 2, which earned him massive respect from the entire gaming community.

Then at the 2020 Game Awards Josef was back with a sneaky peak at his next game, It Takes Two. Like A Way Out, the game is entirely played in co-op and when you buy one copy of the game, you get a free copy to share with a friend.

The story is about a couple who are transformed into dolls and must traverse various worlds and solve puzzles together in order to change back to normal and fix their relationship.

If the game is as whacky and entertaining as the trailer makes it out to be, Hazelight might be onto another fantastic co-operative experience.
