What Happened?Though the game has been very well supported and patched on PC, it's suffered a crushing lack of customer service on PS Vita and PlayStation 4 especially. Players on these platforms have had to endure crashes, UI errors, quests that don't work, unreadable text on the Vita and much more, all while the PC version had most problems snappily patched.

Today: In February, developers Grimm Bros took to their Kickstarter page to tell their backers that the PlayStation patching process was out of their hands, and down to porting company Blit Works, who are responsible for supporting the console versions. It hasn't done much to engender much sympathy from fans, who are fed up of waiting to play the game properly on their chosen platform, but are either forced to get it for PC or simply play the waiting game...however long that might be.
