Star Wars 1313 was a cancelled video game announced in E3 2012. It was intended to take the series into darker territory and explore the seedy underbelly of the Star Wars universe rather than the Jedi versus Sith conflict in the mainline films.

Set between Episodes III and IV, the game starred Boba Fett as he rose through the criminal empire in the lower levels of Coruscant and was a tie-in to the TV series Star Wars: Underworld.

Gameplay-wise, the E3 footage showed a much more action-packed Star Wars game that replaced the series' force powers with natural skill and athletic ability. Combat was a third-person shooter with a focus on gadgets and a huge arsenal of weapons.

At the same time, there were cinematic gameplay events that put players in front of the action with acrobatics and climbing similar to the Uncharted games. Its use of the Unreal Engine 3 still holds up today with graphics looking impressive despite being developed a decade ago.

In 2013, George Lucas sold Lucasfilm and its subsidiaries to the Walt Disney Company. Under new management, the House of Mouse ceased the development of all projects before the acquisition including Star Wars 1313.
