10 Classic Video Games That Deserve A Next Generation Definitive Edition
4. Metal Gear Solid 4
You ready for Snake's first official outing in Ground Zeroes later this month? Hardcore fans certainly are, even if recent rumours state that the game is ridiculously short and probably more than a tad overpriced. That shouldn't be the only game we receive in the future though; we should also get a remastered version of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots thrown together with older games such as MGS2 and 3 in one handy bundle pack. It's a concept that's been exploited before many times by Konami and more than feasible in the next few years. Your enjoyment of MGS4 probably depended on your patience. It was at times more of a movie than a game, but the times when you did get control were utterly fantastic and the storyline itself was - although confusing in trademark MGS style - filled with memorable moments. Come on, who doesn't want to see the Metal Gear Rex vs. Ray fight redone for a new batch of consoles? War has changed people, but sometimes it's fine to look to the past and relive some of the glory. Make it happen Konami!
