10 Delayed Video Games You Can Finally Play In 2016

3. The Last Guardian

Okay, you got me. The Last Guardian certainly isn't a game that was just scheduled to drop in 2015 - instead it's been rumoured for, ooh, about six years. Yes, originally we set eyes on Team ICO's latest project at E3 in 2009, and for years and years there'd be rumours it was coming any minute, changing to 'Oh... that's still coming?'-style reactions, until eventually at 2015 we saw... essentially the same trailer again. It looked almost exactly the same as all those years ago, with a pretty lousy demo attempting to conjure up some 'action' by having the protagonist lose their footing on an outcrop of land. It could've been exhilarating if it wasn't so disheartening that this was all they had, but all the same, Sony ended it all with "Coming in 2016." Perhaps now we're here, after so many half-resurrections we'll finally see TLG in playable form. Maybe. Possibly... oh look, just stick The Witcher back in, at least the mythical beasts in that game can be punched in the face and cashed in for credits so you can move the hell on.
