10 Deleted Video Game Scenes You Need To See

8. God Of War - I Am The God Of War

When God of War was initially announced and showcased the badass Kratos spending his time minding a child, many were left confused and wondering where the series was going.

The most prominent feature of God of War that it's most notable known for is its insane combat and loud, bombastic world that invokes a larger-than-life appeal. Everything is turned up to eleven and each game is a rollercoaster ride.

The soft reboot of God of War took a more sombre approach and a slower pace. It made away with most of the louder moments, for more intimate battles and an emotional story.

The documentary, Raising Kratos, gave us a peek at a scene that never made it into the final product. It was a moment that referenced some of the tongue-in-cheek style of the original games, but ultimately felt out of place here.

It sees the legendary Kratos being reduced to performing a fetch quest, much to his dismay. Instead of simply getting on with the task, he comically states "I'm the f****** God of War."

It highlights some of the lighter moments of the original games, but didn't quite gel in the 2018 release. It's a shame, as everyone involved seemed to enjoy its inclusion!
