2. Killer 7: PlayStation 2 (2005) Explosion
On the face of it, explosions in videogames aren't disgusting in the slightest. In fact, they're normally used as a 'less disturbing' death. However, 2005's Killer 7 didn't get that particular memo and when you or your enemies explode, blood coats everything in sight like unsatisfactory house painter. This one's strange because, sure, it's disgusting, but not in the same way as others are on this list. It's a disgusting spectacle you can't look away from, like someone's gammy eye or a plane crash. I couldn't find a video or even a picture of what happens to you when you explode and your heads in one room and your bodies in another, but you should have Killer 7 in your games' library anyway. It's a strange stylised action-adventure title that and I do mean this one hundred percent like nothing you've played before.
