10 Most Disgusting Ways To Die In Gaming

2. Killer 7: PlayStation 2 (2005) €“ Explosion

On the face of it, explosions in videogames aren't disgusting in the slightest. In fact, they're normally used as a 'less disturbing' death. However, 2005's Killer 7 didn't get that particular memo and when you €“ or your enemies €“ explode, blood coats everything in sight like unsatisfactory house painter. This one's strange because, sure, it's disgusting, but not in the same way as others are on this list. It's a disgusting spectacle you can't look away from, like someone's gammy eye or a plane crash. I couldn't find a video or even a picture of what happens to you when you explode and your heads in one room and your bodies in another, but you should have Killer 7 in your games' library anyway. It's a strange stylised action-adventure title that €“ and I do mean this one hundred percent €“ like nothing you've played before.
