I€™m Commander Shepard and this is my€OHMYGODTHOSEEYES. The Commander Bug Eyes glitch is actually a relatively common experience for a number of Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 players that causes the Shepard model's eyes to bulge out of his/her sockets during cutscenes. A number of players report that it has something to do equipping the Recon Hood. Luckily, the bulged out eyes usually only last until the end of whatever cutscene is playing.
