Red Dead Redemption 2's creepy locations could have taken up the entirety of this list. From witch's cauldrons to UFO shacks, we've covered a whole bunch before, but none top the spooky mystery house that changes every time you visit it.

Initially, it appears like just a regular shack, but inside holds a host of strange imagery and eerie messages written on the walls. The centre piece of the area is a canvas painting though, something which is originally smudged and unfinished but takes shape upon repeat visits.

The finished portrait bears a striking resemblance to the mysterious stranger John meets in the original game. Who or what he was was aways left up in the air - was he Lucifer? Death? a ghost? - and that mystery only deepens with this appearance.

The place changing will make you not want to step foot in it, and yet you've just got to know what's happened in your absence.
