10 Disturbing Video Game Secret Areas You Regret Finding

Honorable Mention: Dead Elizabeths - Bioshock: Infinite Burial At Sea

Okay, so this isn't a secret area per se, but it spooked me out so much while researching this article that I simply had to include it here.

In the Burial at Sea DLC for Bioshock: Infinite, Elizabeth finds herself in a situation that will be instantly identifiable to players who finished the main game. The scene flashes to her on the boat with the Lutece twins, which appears a couple of times in the original story, but this time it's different, and much more eerie.

Initially it might just seem that way because it's in black and white and the dialogue is all spooky, but it probably has more to do with the corpses in the water that you totally didn't notice.

Pay close attention to the sea, and you'll see in the waves there are dead bodies floating by - ones which look strikingly like Elizabeth herself.
