10 Disturbing Video Game Secret Areas You Regret Finding

7. Entrance To Hell - Skyrim

Okay, so this one can get straight in the bin.

Skyrim features plenty of death across its expansive story, from random NPCs you 'accidentally' chopped down after stealing some bread to unfortunate companions who 'accidentally' fell off cliffs (sorry, Lydia).

You don't have to think about them again once they're gone, but just because you can't see them on the mortal coil anymore doesn't mean they're not still around. In fact, there's a secret area, not accessible by ordinary means, that you can seek out which houses all of these dead NPCs.

Through a few tricks you can enter the 'Dead Body Cleanup Cell', which is exactly as weird as it sounds. In the room, which is nothing but stone walls, floors and a ceiling bathed in a weird-as-all-hell green and purple colour, you'll find a whole bunch of dead characters, doomed to stay there forever.

Even worse is there's an endless abyss, so you can enter the room, kill these characters again and then throw their remains into the void unknown.
