5. Samanosuke - Panda (Onimusha)
You have to give it Capcom, they really go for it in the costume department. Honestly, this list could have been populated with their titles alone, that's how much effort they put in.
We'll stick to a couple though, as some are blander than others. But not this bad boy, oh no.
Those of that have played the Onimusha series will remember main protagonist Samanosuke as a bit... po faced and serious. Well, I suppose he's got every right to be, but still.
So what better way to cheer him up than letting him don a cute and cuddly panda suit, complete with miniature cute and cuddly panda in its pouch! Of course, liberally ignoring pandas and kangaroos are not the same thing...
But who cares, you're a demon-slaying panda with an adorable pouch buddy!
Unlocked by foraging for a minimum amount of flourite collectibles, and then finishing the game, starting a new game sees this as a playable choice. And why wouldn't you?
The best bit in all of this: you can toggle the panda head on or off at the touch of the L2 button. Genius.
