3. Nepal Under Siege (U2)

Uncharted 2 focuses on the search for the fabled city of Shambala, which takes Drake to an unnamed city in the Asian country of Nepal following his betrayal at the hands of Harry Flynn in Turkey and a subsequent trip to Indonesia. Here, the action is relentless, as immediately upon arrival, Drake is pitted against an armoured truck. Sometime after this, an armoured helicopter takes its place after a number of buildings have been climbed and countless enemies have been eliminated to reach the city's skyline. A frankly ridiculous yet highly memorable fight ensues, which results in Drake miraculously surviving after taking down the chopper with a grenade launcher. Some exploratory chapters then follow before the war-ravaged city becomes the centrepiece once again, this time forcing Drake to heroically carry a wounded man (Elena's cameraman Jeff) through the streets as they are chased by Lazarevic's goons, eventually coming face-to-face with the man himself. Many sequences across the trilogy make you a one-man army, but this takes the cake in terms of scale, making players marvel at the sheer magnitude of their destructive ways.
