10 Fantastic Open-World Video Games Coming In 2015

3. Tom Clancy's The Division

Alongside Ready At Dawn's The Order: 1886 The Division is filling out the second barrel-blast of third-person goodness this year, taking a very realistic approach to militaristic duck n' cover shooting, whilst also throwing in some cool social elements into the mix to keep things fresh. Not only will you be able to posse-up with your friends, but say one of them is away from their console they're free to join your game using the companion app, raining down supporting fire from above as a weaponised drone. It's a really cool mechanic that plays into the idea of a persistent game world always requiring some form of interaction, and providing you can wrangle together the right amount of people with the right amount of dedication, The Division's future apocalypse-style aesthetic looks like it'll be a joy to explore.
