10 Final Fantasy VII Moments We Can't Wait To See In The Remake
3. Shinra Headquarters Invasion
The battle through the Shinra headquarters was a memorable little journey into the belly of the beast which introduced us to some cool characters and more parts of the storyline.
Although racing to the top of the enemy's base seemed like it would be all about action, there were some puzzle solving elements to it that helped stop it from becoming a boring grind and it's important that Square keep that in the remake.
Sure, the whole idea of an RPG is that you beat up enemies to gain experience points and you could go that route and take on a tonne of Shinra guards. However, you could also try and use stealth to get to the top floor like you were playing Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell or Metal Gear Solid. Taking on the guards was difficult, but getting up the tower without being noticed was so much harder.
If Square gave players the option to do this particular level in two very different, yet enthralling ways it'll not only keep the game versatile and interesting, but will also make gamers want to replay it a second time so they could see the difference.
