10 Games You Played Because You Owned The Wrong System

2. Quest 64

The Games You Wanted - The Playstation JRPGs Final Fantasy, Suikoden, Xenogears... for JRPG fans, the PlayStation may just be the greatest system of all time. The Game You Played €“ Quest 64 A game that promised to provide N64 owners with the kind of RPG experience the system so desperately lacked. Was It A Worthy Substitute? Absolutely not. Not to rub salt in the wounds of any N64 RPG fans, but playing Quest 64 was like ordering a chocolate ice cream cone and getting a punch in the mouth. Boring at the best of times (and broken at the worst) Quest 64 did all it could to remain technically working. It was no fun to play and lacked the narrative and charm that defined great RPGs. It was not only confusing to play but offered no incentive for the player to even bother to figure it out in the first place. For a legion of Nintendo fans starving for a morsel of RPG on their beloved N64, it offered no relief.
