4. Half-Body - Dead Space 2

Though the Dead Space games are undeniably gory, they primarily deliver briefly violent death, with things soon enough fading to the "You died" screen. What's horrific about this glitch is that it shoves the game's savage violence in our face, forcing you to take in the enormity of Isaac's mutilation, and perhaps most disturbingly, we can hear the constant squelchy sound of blood pouring from Isaac's severed legs. Sure, you can equip Isaac's face mask to make it seem slightly less disturbing, but it's still completely nauseating, though we imagine it would make for an interesting graphical conflict if an enemy then tries to kill you...
