10 Genius Shortcuts To Beat Video Games Early

9. Win The "Unwinnable" Prologue Fight - Devil May Cry V

Dedicated Devil May Cry V players will actually be able to reach the "end" of the game within the first 15 minutes, because while Nero is actually supposed to lose the prologue fight against Urizen, skilled enough players are able to beat him and reach a secret alternate ending.

The ending throws up a series of semi-sarcastic title cards explaining that peace has been restored to the universe and a new legendary hero has been born, before rolling the credits, after which a postcard appears with the inscription, "And they all lived happily ever after."

But to be clear, winning the fight is extremely difficult given your lack of upgrades at this point in the game. Naturally, it's a much easier ending to achieve once you've beaten the game and can return to Urizen with a comprehensively upgraded Nero.

Still, for the prodigiously talented few, it's totally doable the hard way.
