7. Final Fantasy X-2 - Tidus Lives... Forever?

It would be fair to say that Final Fantasy X-2 is the sequel that nobody wanted or needed.

That's it. There's no counter-point to it. I'm not defending it.

A weird spin off starring Yuna, the insufferable Rikku and the early 2000's worst trope of a character, Paine, complete with moody attitude, as they form some elite unit to save the day and bring Tidus back.

Oh, and it takes the Jobs system of early Final Fantasy games and turns it into some weird Dressphere... shenanigans. It's a weird game, to say the least.

The "Good" ending of this hybrid RPG/dress 'em up sees Tidus and Yuna reunite, but with all the ambiguity of him being real or not left over from the end of Final Fantasy X. Getting 100% sees him being slightly realer, or something. It's all a bit strange

If you thought it'd be easy though, think again.

The effort for full completion is such a weird assortment of requirements. Not skipping anything, doing certain things in time requirements, potentially doing multiple playthroughs.

Take my word for it, it's not worth it.
