Though the Urdak ruler's attacks are pretty standard, actually hitting her is infuriating. Khan is left stunned once her shield sustains enough damage. The Doom Slayer must then use his Meat Hook on her to draw himself close enough to punch the angelic adversary. After performing this action six times, Khan will be defeated.

This is easier said than done, since the winged demoness is always airborne, meaning you have to constantly aim upwards to injure her. To make matters worse, she keeps summoning underlings, forcing you to keep shifting focus. Since Khan Maykr is always on the move, it's easy to lose sight of her, giving her time to heal.

Which brings us to the biggest problem. You need to empty your arsenal on Khan Maykr quickly, since she'll regenerate her current health bar in seconds if given the opportunity. If you get distracted or momentarily run out of ammo, your hard work will be for nothing.

Near the end of the fight, Khan will set the ground on fire, meaning you have the choice of shooting her while standing still and losing health, or trying to stay on target while hopping around like a kangaroo. For this reason, this scrap isn't just brutal but humiliating.
