10 Horror Video Games That Desperately Need Sequels

5. Left For Dead

Alongside Half-Life 3, Left for Dead 3 is Valve's 'other big shooter' that has fans clamouring at the walls like zombies to a house party window. By taking the idea of team-based zombie slaughter and perfecting it over the first couple of titles, the LFD series has become the go-to game if you're wanting to splat some zombie brains with your friends. Mainly a PC shooter in terms of favouring the fidelity you'll get from being hands on with a good palm-filling mouse, in making the leap to consoles the first instalment found huge success as something people with new Xbox Live accounts could fire up and get lost in. We're still praying for a shooter that matches servers on both console and PC to really let the gamers decide which is better, and as much as that might seem like a pipedream Left for Dead 3 releasing across both major platforms and PC would be perfect.
