5. Heavy Rain

Heavy Rain was a pretty incredible achievement. The closest gaming has ever come to creating the same atmosphere as a film, it was a game which tried to respond to your decisions and make you feel involved in every outcome. Even when that mechanic didn't quite succeed, the game was intense, realistic, and involving. It drew you in like a TV show, and when you finished spat you back out, daring you to play it again and try to get a different result. It wouldn't make much sense to remake the game for the PS4, except to attract new fans, but a sequel would be extremely welcome. Working best if the story was completely different or only tangentially related to the first, if developers Quantic Dream concentrated on writing an equally impressive story, there's no way fans wouldn't rush back.
