10 Iconic Video Game Weapons (That Actually Suck)

9. Uzi - Worms

A legendary series that every self-respecting gamer should appreciate, Worms has produced a huge arsenal of wild and wacky weaponry ever since the franchise was launched back in the mid nineties. One of the few weapons to be consistently available with every release is the good ol' fashioned Uzi.

In most titles it appears in, the Uzi is a short range weapon used by players for short, sharp bursts of firepower to dust off a group of enemies. The gun deals 50 HP worth of damage, is one of the fastest weapons in the game and isn't ever affected by gravity, wind or electro-magnets.

However, this is another example of an iconic gun being one of the most vanilla and least creative options going. With cluster bombs, air strikes, dragon balls, fire punches and homing missiles all available to use in the base 1995 game alone, the Uzi often feels like the weak option left over when a player has used up all of their more impressive options.

The Uzi isn't great when only taking on one or two enemies either, and is next to useless when it comes to firing down or close to a friendly player as it often dishes out plenty of self-damage.
