10 Incredible Sequels That Came From Terrible Video Games
9. 50 Cent: Blood On The Sand
Its almost unfathomable to think that you could go out to a store right now and buy a video game based around a gun-toting 50 Cent. But perhaps it's even more unfathomable to think that shockingly it actually wouldn't be a terrible experience. While the original title in the series, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, was an absolute travesty of video game development, its sequel Blood on the Sand proved to be a rather enjoyable and explosive third-person arcade shooter. Losing most of the gritty seriousness that sank the original game, this sequel instead focused on playing up just how inherently silly the idea of a 50 Cent video game is, and as a result Blood on the Sand felt less obnoxious than its predecessor. In a stroke of genius, it embraced cartoon violence and over the top mayhem completely to deliver an exciting and addicting shoot-em-up experience.
