2. Postal 2 New Zealand/Brasil
A game with a title for an action that a lot of us have played out in our heads at some point in our lives as the dregs of society push the annoyance envelope just that too far. Postal 2 is the controversial follow up to the equally controversial original, Postal, as a man decides enough is enough and continues on a rampage that Michael Douglas would applaud. It became the second game to be thoroughly banned in New Zealand, after Manhunt, and even owning a copy can land you in prison for up to ten years or a $250,000 fine. I think that proves just how strict New Zealand law is on this particular title. Postal 2 was banned for "Gross, abhorrent content (Urination, High Impact Violence, Animal Cruelty, Homophobia, Racial, and Ethnic Stereotypes, " though the developers insist it is possible to continue through the game without conforming to any of its sick, sometimes hilarious death dishing. Which probably noone has ever tried to find out. Elsewhere Postal 2 became Linux Game Publishing's fastest selling title in its first month despite the negative uproar and lukewarm reviews. It even spawned a film version by the shockingly Oscar snubbed Uwe Boll, who also just recently failed in a Kickstarter quest to fund the sequel.
