4. Senator Armstrong - Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (2013)

Witcher 3 dettlaff
Konami

There's no disputing the fact that this character is the most shredded politician ever to feature in a work of fiction. A far cry from the stereotype he is, indeed - you've got to give such a busy man credit for following through on his New Year's resolution.

Joking aside, Senator Armstrong's gargantuan frame is largely due to the use of nanomachines, which enhances his strength and stamina to beyond peak human levels - even surpassing cyborgs!

Which isn't good news for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance's cyborg protagonist, Raiden.

When Armstrong's political ambitions drive him to launch an assassination attempt on the president, Raiden steps in, and the battle that ensues is anything but an anticlimax.

It's a duel between two polar opposites; Raiden, the quick, nimble swordsman, and Armstrong, the hulking powerhouse that hits like an absolute truck. And the fight isn't just a one-and-done, either. You'll have to survive several rounds with this 'roided revolutionary, and each time he seems to pull more and more tricks out of his metaphorical sleeves.

You'd have to be a cyborg yourself to take this guy out straight away.
