10 Infuriating Video Game Puzzles Fans Hated
7. P.T - The Third And Final Clue
Is P.T technically a game, given its own name is literally Playable Teaser? Well, no, but it's filled with enough content for a game that will never be, so I'm making an exception for it.
On the surface, P.T was just a terrifying glimpse into a new Silent Hill game. The small, confined setting of a looping hallway gave rise to many a new theory, prompting many to become engrossed in its short gameplay.
It also gave us an absolutely nefarious set of unlocking requirements to actually leave the house and thus finish the demo.
You've looked through door cracks and peepholes, you've spelled out HELL on the wall with some to and fro-ing. You've got the picture fragments and seen the screen go all loopy. All you need is the laugh of a baby three times and you're in the clear.
Except that getting said baby laugh is so vague in its solution.
Walking ten paces, standing still for ten seconds, plugging a headset or mic into the controller... there's no definitive answer. It's still just as infuriating as the game's cancellation.
