10 Insane Infinite Combos In Magic: The Gathering

As mentioned in the last entry, there are plenty of green creatures that generate green mana. However, there aren’t very many green creatures that can generate any colour of mana. Selvala can tap for X amount of any coloured mana where is the greatest power amongst creatures you control. This already makes her a fantastic card, though she can make unlimited mana when combined with Freed from the Realm.

Unfortunately, unlike the Riku combo at number 8, the blue in Freed from the Realm’s mana cost means Selvala can’t be your commander for this combo despite her being a Legendary creature. Still, if you’re willing to have the blue and green combo, and as long as you control a creature with 3 power or higher, you can keep tapping Selvala and untapping her for mana of any colour without having to even be running that colour in the first place.

Because of the colour versatility, any deck revolving around getting your opponent’s cards into your hand becomes much more viable as you can create any colour of mana to play them.
