1. Sans - Undertale

The most difficult challenge in the entirety of Undertale, there's a good chance that most players didn't actually have to fight Sans while going through Toby Fox's mesmerising indie for the first time.

Restricted to the Genocide Route, you have to jump through a few hoops before you're allowed to engage with Sans in an actual fight, and when you do, you're bound to regret it.
