10 Most Jaw-Dropping Moments From The Major E3 Press Conferences

3. Far Cry 4. Just...Far Cry 4

Admit it, you thought the bad guy in Far Cry 4 was played by Benedict Cumberbatch for half a second, didn't you? In actuality, the voice belonging to the insidiously charming Pagan Min is none other than Troy Baker, one of gaming's best voice-over actors. The game's cinematic debut trailer was carnival of terror, as Pagan alternated between calm, charming, angry, violent, friendly, and ultimately fatherly as the trailer ends with Pagan inviting you into his world in a manner not unlike the host of a party. Far Cry 4 has a lot to live up to, especially villain-wise, as Vaas was one of the most compelling characters in gaming history. But let's not forget the gameplay either. The Himalayas offer a bevy of creative options, including wing suits, grappling hooks, and oh yes, ride-able elephants. Far Cry 4 will also offer open world co-op, allowing you to mess around with a friend, which is always a blast. Oh, and you don't even need to buy it to play it. Far Cry 4's co-op experience allows folks to try before they buy, on the PS4 at least, where owners will get 10 invites they can dole out to their friends before those friends need to buy the game themselves. Which, if Far Cry 3 is any indication, won't be a problem.
