The original raging bull of Pokémon was incredibly difficult to catch in the Safari Zone. It is very much a physical attacker that hurls itself at great speed.

Probably the best of its abilities is Intimidate, which lowers the physical attack stat by one stage for your opponent's team. It has access to powerful physical attacks like Earthquake, Close Combat, Outrage, and Thrash.

To make it a little more competitively viable, try giving it items to deal with any negative side effects. For example, Lum Berries can get rid of the confusion after using Thrash or Outrage. White Herbs will negate the stat changes that came from Close Combat. EV training in speed and attack would make this beast hit like a truck.

You could also use Tauros with its hidden ability: Sheer Force. This ability makes moves that normally have a positive secondary effect more powerful, but removes the secondary effect.

So while it doesn't remove the recoil damage from Double-Edge, it does make Body Slam, Bulldoze, and Iron Head hit a lot harder.
