10 Most Disappointing & Expensive Lego Video Game Characters To Unlock

9. Davy Jones And Blackbeard - Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean

Cyborg Superman
Traveller's Tales

Cost: 500,000 Studs

Two characters cost 500,000 studs in Lego Pirates of the Caribbean - Davy Jones and Blackbeard - and it's hard to decide which one is more overpriced.

Davy Jones is definitely the more iconic Pirates of the Caribbean character, but the abilities he possesses just aren't that good.

He can walk underwater, which is something that the entire crew of the Black Pearl in their cursed forms can do, zombies can do, and even the rest of Davy Jones' own crew can do. With help from the Cursed Aztec Gold Coin item, anybody can do it. He can phase through sea life, which the rest of his crew can also do. Oh, and he's strong, but who isn't strong in a Lego game?

Blackbeard is more useful, but he's just not an iconic enough Pirates of the Caribbean character to cost 500,000 studs. Most people don't even know Blackbeard is in the Pirates of the Caribbean series as he doesn't appear until the fourth movie.

He possesses magic, which is at least a rare ability, and he can kill most characters in one hit, but it's just not enough to warrant a 500,000 stud price tag.
