10 Most Disgusting Creatures In Fallout History

9. Radscorpion

You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who actually likes scorpions, so when giant, mutated versions of scorpions show up in the Wastelands of America they really are horrific.

Quite a common enemy across almost the entire series, the radscorpions are known for being fast, agile and armed with a potent venom from their stingers. When they scuttle towards you across the ground, their stinger arched across their back and their giant claws out to embrace you lovingly (read: crush you to death), it's hard to suppress a shiver going down the spine.

In Fallout's lore, radscorpions are relatively tame compared to other creatures. They're simply your common scorpion, but years of exposure to excessive levels of radiation caused massive mutations and caused them to grow to giant size.

From time to time, just when you think you've gotten used to the radscorpions, another, even more massive one shows up for good measure. In both Fallout 3 and New Vegas there are giant radscorpions which usually show up in pairs, and in Broken Steel's DLC for New Vegas, there's an albino one too.
