6. Anthony "Peter Pan" Harris (Cyberpunk 2077)
Night City is crawling with twisted psychos doing awful things. Picking just one of them to place here is a tough call, as the likes of Adam Smasher, Fingers, Woodman, Jotaro Shobo, and more are certainly contenders. Still, when it comes to committing wicked crimes that'll make you sick to your stomach, none do it better (or worse?) than the dreaded Anthony Harris, otherwise known as Peter Pan.
"The Hunt" is a side job that sees V and River investigate the Braindances of the disturbed serial killer Anthony Harris to try and find his victims. What you eventually stumble upon is the horrifying visual of a group of young men strapped into cattle pens and hooked to force-feeding tubes. Don't go looking for this job if you're squeamish.
Harris is the demented evildoer who groomed and kidnapped these young men, treating them like cattle to satiate his warped sense of reality. Thankfully, you can save many of his victims, but he never really pays for his deeds, as he's stuck in a coma throughout the job.
