9. Censorship In Duke Nukem 64

Ironically, the Nintendo 64 port of Duke Nukem 3D offended the fans more than the public! Duke Nukem 64 was a great port, offering better graphics, new levels, higher-quality one-liners, and weapons with fresh designs. This was at the expense of sexual imagery and curse words.

For example, adult-themed stores like the Red Light District were replaced with gun shops, and profanity-filled insults like "Die, you son of a b*tch!" were removed in favour of PC lines of dialogue like "You're the disease and I'm the cure!" .

Meanwhile, entangled nude babes were replaced with mutilated versions of themselves instead. So, by Nintendo's standards, a skewered woman with her spine hanging out is absolutely fine, but nudity?! Not a chance.
