Number one: You not only find out that what you thought was going on was nothing but a lie by the enemy, but you also realized that you've been talking to a man that was supposedly dead. And the funny thing about this entry is that this is a very important death in the game, one that changes everything, yet we don't see it. Hell, the death itself happened days before the actual mission. This one is a big twist in the whole game, it's probably the biggest one in it. Kazuhira Miller plays a big role in the Metal Gear series, and the funny thing is that the first time we actually see the character playing a big role in the story, he isn't even him. It was somebody else impersonating him. However I have to admit that this death became a sadder one after you met the character in Peace Walker.
