10 Most Underrated & Overlooked Nintendo Switch Games
6. Fast RMX
The PS4 will soon have WipeOut back in its library come June 7th, but the Switch already has Fast RMX; a ludicrously fast racer that makes up for a lack of power-ups with endless booster pads and incredible course design.
Seriously, if you like Mario Kart 8's gravity-defying perspective-twisters, Fast RMX takes that ethos and runs with it. All levels are awash in blue and orange boost-strips or pads, meaning you have to shift your vehicle's colour to match, then receive a copious blast forward. Start chaining them together and the entire screen becomes a barely-controllable blur, the notion of challenging yourself to go faster being one hell of a rush.
Fast RMX runs at a butter-smooth 60fps in both handheld, docked and multiplayer modes both on and offline, as well as supporting split-screen and LAN play with multiple other Switches, up to a maximum of eight players.
The perfect bite-sized racer with Burnout-style gameplay and some of the best graphics on the system, this blew me away back at launch, and continues to be highly recommended.
