10 Most Underrated Video Games Of 2017 (So Far)

5. For Honor

For Honor Campaigns
Ubisoft

For Honor had a rough launch, to say the least. Being almost entirely an online game (save for a rather lacklustre single player campaign) the game faltered out of the gate. The online aspect of the game was bumpy, with connection issues and a lack of dedicated servers making it often unplayable at times.

However, the gameplay beneath those issues was incredibly solid, offering what could be a new avenue for fighting games. The controls were tight with each and every character is entertaining to play. And now thanks to time, the game is pretty balanced as well as stable in terms of connections. And with dedicated servers on their way, the game has shaped up nicely.

Whilst the start was indeed rough, the game as it is now, is well worth picking up. Most of the problems reviewers listed have been fixed and with Season 3 of the free DLC in full swing, the game couldn't be better!

I like video games, writing and writing about video games. Expect sarcasm and the dry wit of a Brit. And the occasional rant of a unhappy Scot. You know... the usual.
