10 Perfect Ways To Make The Witcher 4

3. Give Players Tiered Targets Within Witcher Contracts

Entering a new township or village and immediately scouring the notice board for any available Witcher contracts is one of the thrills of starring as a professional in The Witcher 3. These additional quests take the player to some wonderful locations and offer up some truly memorable battles against all manner of foul beasts.

After a while these start to follow a similar pattern, though, and the formula of go here, talk to this person, find a nest, kill the monster starts to become stale no matter what challenge lies at the end. Instead of filling the game with more and more of the same, tiered targets could provide a welcome shake-up to this feature.

Let's say, for example, that a particular band of beasts has been terrorising a small village in the new game. Our Witcher could be tasked with working their way through the runts and warriors of a pack before managing to track down or lure the leader and finishing them off once and for all.

Alternatively, in such a case, we could opt to try and strike at the head of the pack first and hope that the rest scatter without their strongest member. It's a small change, but one that could add so much strategy and longevity to the Witcher contracts.
