10 Pokémon That Would Be Absolutely Terrifying In Real Life

6. Onix

Onix

When it comes to looks, Onix was always one of the most intimidating Pokémon. In fact, it was pretty difficult to catch due only to its massive size. When you think about it, however, Onix is actually a rather weak Pokémon, with a 4x weakness against Grass and Water, coupled with a pretty low special defense stat. In real life, however, none of that s**t matters. Onix is a massive snake made of boulders, and its Pokedex entry lists it as being 28 feet high! Can you imagine a snake that large!? Sure, it may not make your skin crawl due to lacking scales and venom, but how are rocks any better? According to its Pokedex entries, Onix can travel underground at 50 miles per hour! If you ever come across one in the mountains, good luck outrunning it. The Pokedex also states that it constantly eats while traveling. Those cute Sandshrew, Diglett, and other burrowing Pokémon? Yeah, they're Onix food. As if all of this isn't bad enough, let's not forget that this Pokémon can learn both Earthquake and Sandstorm, making natural disasters a common occurrence wherever it may frolic. It also evolves into an even heavier, sturdier Pokémon made of steel.
