2. Tingle (Legend of Zelda series)
I shouldn't even have to say why nobody should cosplay as Legend of Zelda's Tingle. If you ever see anyone dressed like this, you should call the police immediately. Everything you could ever hope to avoid is here in one creepy character. Skin tight body suit? Check. Superman-type underwear outside of that body suit? Check. Traditional clogs? Yep, check. On the plus side, if you're in need of the time the answer is right around Tingle's neck for some reason. It's an interesting phenomenon when you have a character that's 100% creepy with almost zero redeemable qualities, and it can be hard to pull off but Tingle has done it. Let's hope it doesn't happen again.
