6. Project CARS
After three consecutive setbacks, you would suspect that Slightly Mad Studios gorgeous new driving simulator Projects CARS would be ready to fire on all cylinders across the finish line, but instead it stalled spectacularly.
A new competitor in the world of driving simulators, Project CARS broke the console divide of genre enthusiasts appearing on both platforms, unlike the oppositional Forza and Gran Turismo series'. Sadly, players ran into many speed bumps upon getting behind the wheel, such as temporarily losing their drivers head, being unable to hear sounds from vehicles and being frequently left at a standstill when attempting to leave the starting line.
Such a buggy launch was unable to put a dent in its reputation as a sequel, though, as Project Cars 2 was announced in June 2015.
