1. Astro Bot: Rescue Mission 2
If rumours are to be believed, Sony is also hard at work on delivering PSVR 2 as part of their PS5 package. It'd make sense; while VR hasn't become a standard in every household, it's enjoyed strong sales and those who've dabbled in VR will be the first to tell you how truly stunning it is to step inside a game world.
One of the best realised worlds in VR comes in the form of Astro Bot: Rescue Mission, one of the best platformers in years. As it's a VR game, this adventure puts you actually inside the world of Astro Bot as he rescues his friends, and uses the Dualshock 4 and the VR headset to create a truly unique experience.
With the added power of a potential PSVR 2 and strong backing from Sony, a full sequel to Astro Bot is a very tantalising thing indeed. The original game already looked great (given the limitations of the original PSVR), so to be able to explore that world in higher resolution with the added innovations of a sequel is exciting stuff.
Let's just hope they keep the same composer from the original game, as it has such a catchy soundtrack.
