7. Beetle Juice Death - The Sims 4

Just as the Sims 2 has its secret unique death, so does the latest entry in the series (and the longest running, what with all the DLCs expanding its lifespan like some sort of an expansion pack vampire), the Sims 4.

The Sims 4 boasts a rather impressive collection of special deaths, the rarest of which is arguably the death by beetles, introduced in the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack.

The death by beetles, as the name suggests, happens when the Sim consumes too many cocktails made out of, well, beetle juice.

What makes this death so rare is that the drink that causes it requires you to max out your mixology skill, making it attainable only for a few select players. On top of that, to trigger the death, you need to drink three beetle juice cocktails one after another, which is not something most people would do as the drink requires pretty rare ingredients.

The death from beetles is worth the effort, however, as it is the only death that doesn't involve the appearance of a Grim Reaper, and the ghost doesn't get any mood penalties from living in haunted mansions, in reference to the original Beetlejuice from Tim Burton's classic movie.

Neat!
